Please remember the following before you arrive for your tour so that we can personalize your
experience and have answers to any questions you may have:
*Please have a date/dates selected from the Available Dates calendar that is on the website
*Please have your wedding budget in mind for the entire event
*Remember that you will receive one tour per couple and to bring the people with you who are the decision makers for your event.
*No Available Dates can be guaranteed until a contract is signed, which can be done at any time
*Please give us 24 hours notice if you are going to have to cancel your scheduled tour via email at

Finally, please remember that our main concern is YOU and that we are here to help you plan your special day. We know that a venue has one chance to create lasting memories for your wedding and we are looking forward to seeing you soon so that you can share your vision with us.
Pricing
We want you to understand exactly what it is that you are investing in for your wedding celebration. Our goal is to accommodate couples with varying budgets and styles and to make your day "all about you." To note, PA sales tax is included. The only additional fees are Event Insurance, which runs around $125.00 (Wesdsure.com) and the week before the wedding, a damages deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit will be returned to you on Sunday after your wedding items have all been removed. We want you to be aware of our cost in your budget and the part that our venue plays financially.

* The reason for the price increase is that we will now include table bussing during the event and tabletop cleanup at the end of the wedding on Saturday evening. This allows you to leave after the wedding is over without having to stay and clean or find a team to help you do so.

*Please note that we require event insurance with The Barn at Windswept Farm listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract. We generally recommend that you use an online insurance companies such as Wedsure. We have found this to be the least expensive option and you can easily add us as additionally insured. The paperwork is sent directly to us which makes it easy for all parties. The cost of Wedsure is currently $125 for the three day event. Also to note, they are no longer providing coverage for bartenders so when hiring a bartender, please make sure they have their own personal insurance and RAMP certificate or are covered under the caterer you have hired. If you are using our preferred bartender, Whitney Sheeley (information on vendors page) then she is already covered in terms of insurance.
