We want you to understand exactly what it is that you are investing in for your wedding celebration.  Our goal is to accommodate brides with varying budgets and styles and to make your day "all about you."  To note, PA sales tax is included.  The only additional fees are the event insurance, which runs around $180.00 and the week before the wedding, a damages deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit will be returned to you on Sunday after your wedding items have all been removed.  We want you to be aware of our cost in your budget and the part that our venue plays financially. 

 

 

Three Day Wedding Rental for 2023

Exclusive use of venue for ceremony and/or reception

       Friday, Saturday and Sunday (3 day rental for one price)   

 $3,500 for up to 150 guests

       Midweek Special : Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (1 day rental) 

$1,000 for a wedding of under 30 guests 

  $2,500 for 30-150 guests

*Please note that we require event insurance with The Barn at Windswept Farm listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract.  Approximate insurance cost is $180 and we deal with Henry Dunn Insurance in Athens, PA or you can inquire with your own homeowner's insurance. We have also had several brides successfully use online insurance companies such as Wedsure.  One thing to keep in mind when purchasing event insurance for the weekend is that your bartenders, if they are not personally insured, have to be added to your policy.  That way, if there is any issue, all parties are covered.  

Rental for Bridal/Baby Showers, Reunions, etc.

     Monday through Thursday (a one day rental for 4 hours to include set up and clean up) 

$350.00 for 50 guests

     Sunday afternoon from 1:00-5:00 (a 4 hour rental to include set up and clean up)   

 $450.00 for 50 guests

 $750.00 for 50-100 guests

     *Event Insurance is required with the same parameters as above.  If alcohol is included, a licensed bartender

       will need to be hired at your expense.  

     *There are no Friday or Saturday rentals available for events other than weddings.

*Owners will be onsite throughout the ceremony
